Job summary

Insperity, a premier provider of HR solutions, seeks a Human Resources Specialist to align resources and services for client success. You will build relationships with client management, advise on employee relations, benefits, and compliance, and guide performance management and development.

Travel up to 15% is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external clients to deliver tailored HR services and ensure risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of related Human Resources experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of business by delivering HR services to clients and ensuring satisfaction.
• Advises client management on employee relations, benefits, wage/hour, and performance management.
• Collaborates with client management to align HR strategy and goals.
• Consults on HR issues, suggests new strategies, and provides guidance.
• Investigates complex employee relations issues to mitigate risk.
• Delivers performance management guidance and supports career development.
