The ideal candidate blends strategic HR partnership with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws.
• Experience guiding managers on HR issues.
• Hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full employee lifecycle.
• Serve as trusted HR partner to managers and leadership.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and day-to-day HR matters.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process.
• Support onboarding and employee integration.
• Help ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable U.S. employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR initiatives, processes and programs across multiple U.S. locations.
• Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and provide practical HR solutions.
• Maintain a hands-on approach and comfortably shift between strategic priorities and day-to-day HR needs.
