Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• 2 years related HR experience
• PHR preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate the various HR disciplines to communicate effective solutions to customer situations.
• Own the execution of initiatives to deliver on the HR annual plan for the assigned customer group.
• Communicate key dashboards and metrics to customers, and design dashboards to meet specific needs.
• Own the annual performance cycle for the assigned customer areas.
• Respond effectively to employee relations matters and coach managers accordingly.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence for support in aligned initiatives and interventions.
