You will partner with HR teammates, employees, and leaders to tackle employee relations, ADA and FMLA, recruitment, payroll, leadership development, and process improvement.

The role emphasizes adaptability, collaboration, and building strong partnerships with departments you support, with a focus on delivering practical HR solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional-level HR experience across HR functions.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; further experience may substitute for education.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Advise supervisors on HR needs, policies, and performance guidance.
• Investigate complex workplace matters with data-driven findings.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, discipline, and leave requests.
• Develop recruitment and talent acquisition strategies with management.
• Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and improve HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and other laws.
• Collaborate on compensation, wage offers, and market reviews.
• Design and deliver HR training and presentations.
