Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR, business consulting or related fields focused on strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years leading talent solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights and executive artifacts.
• Experience designing long-term strategies in a matrixed environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops agile, proactive, and cost-effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Influences senior executive leaders with recommended talent solutions for functional areas.
• Leverages data and industry insights to inform enterprise HR offerings.
• Leads end-to-end organizational design and operating model efforts.
• Partners with Finance and Workforce Planning to align with labor cost targets.
• Provides trusted advice and coaching to senior leaders and mentors others.
• Operates as One HR, coordinating with COE and other HR leaders.
