Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Senior HR leader to drive strategic people initiatives and align HR plans with long-term organizational goals.

The role partners with executive leadership to manage talent strategies, compensation, engagement, and change management across the facility. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and 4+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics and engagement [Required]
• Effective communicator with strong professional and interpersonal skills [Required]
• Ability to serve as a consultant on strategic and operational matters [Required]
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion [Required]

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, translates, and defines business needs into an integrated strategic HR plan aligned with long-term organizational initiatives.
• Drives strategic initiatives as a proactive member of executive leadership and advises on strategy execution.
• Oversees labor demand models, workforce planning, and reorganizations; leads regional talent strategies.
• Manages compliance efforts, serves on committees, and documents necessary regulatory requirements.
• Partners with executives on organizational development, talent strategies, and compensation planning.
• Leads employee wellness and engagement programs aligned with the organization’s mission.
