Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking an HR Strategic Partner who aligns business objectives with employees and management across designated units. This role acts as a strategic consultant, sponsor, and change agent, developing and measuring human strategies tied to the client group’s direction.

You will partner with management on workforce planning, compensation, development, and performance management, guiding complex employee relations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills.
• Experience aligning HR programs with business strategy across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Understand business strategies and collaboratively create HR solutions within a holistic HR system.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession, and strategic compensation.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with policy interpretation and investigations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
