Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the HR technology ecosystem (HRIS, LMS, ATS) to drive automation and reduce administrative friction.
• Design and implement automated workflows across the employee lifecycle for a modern workplace experience.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy and objectivity, conducting thorough reviews.
• Establish and track analytics (quality of hire, turnover, productivity) with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with leaders to design learning tracks for ongoing professional growth and internal mobility.
