The role requires 7–10 years in HR, strong data analytics, and the ability to influence across all levels while maintaining confidentiality. A discretionary bonus plan and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a business-facing HR role.
• Experience with talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Strong analytical capabilities using talent data to inform decisions.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and form credible relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the business strategy, operating model and talent needs.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees at all levels.
• Identify organizational opportunities and risks to improve people-related decisions.
• Support succession planning and leadership development for critical roles.
• Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning and changes.
• Lead performance management and drive accountability for high performance.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capability.
