Job summary

BODY BY COCHRAN seeks an HR Business Partner to align HR programs with business goals across store locations in Allegheny County. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, talent development, and performance management, while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment, SHRM/PHR preferred, strong business acumen, and expert communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decisions and recommend solutions to improve workforce performance.
• Lead and support HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, diversity & inclusion, and change management.
• Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation) to deliver comprehensive HR support.
• Support organizational change efforts and ensure effective communication and employee engagement.
• Promote a high-performance culture through initiatives that encourage continuous development and accountability.
