• 2 years supervisory experience including HR processes.
• 1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement business plans.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, duties, and training to achieve facility goals.
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain HR documents.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders.
• Coordinate training and module delivery for distribution/ transportation staff.
