Zusammenfassung

SOSI is seeking an HR Support Technician to backbone HR operations, guiding benefits, leave policy, onboarding, and compliance with civilian and military regulations. You’ll own personnel records, awards coordination with SOCOM J1, and ensure timely processing of personnel actions for the unit.

You will develop SOPs, prepare command briefings, manage performance evaluations, and serve as the unit’s focal point for casualty reporting and ceremonies, delivering precise, compliant communications.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, or a BA with 17 years of senior experience.
• Minimum 12 years in Human Resources.
• Experience supporting USSOCOM at O-6 or higher within the last 12 years.
