Job summary

Saint-Gobain's Proctor, WV manufacturing site seeks an HR Operations Manager to lead labor and employee relations, ensure compliance, and drive safety and workforce planning. You will partner with plant leadership to strengthen culture, develop leaders, and align HR with site performance goals.

The role focuses on accountability, continuous improvement, and embedding TEC values across leadership and teams in a multi‑shift manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Supervisory experience with a union environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Data-driven approach to workforce strategy and culture.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR with production KPIs and workforce needs.
• Integrate HR strategy with safety, productivity, quality, and engagement priorities.
• Advise on complex labor and employee relations with fairness and integrity.
• Collaborate with EHS to reinforce a strong safety culture and risk reduction.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Coach supervisors and managers, embedding TEC expectations in daily work.
