Job summary

Saint-Gobain’s Proctor, WV manufacturing site seeks an HR Operations Manager to lead labor and employee relations, compliance, safety, workforce planning, and leadership development. This role partners with plant leadership to strengthen culture and drive performance across shifts.

Grounded in Saint-Gobain values, TEC culture, the HR Manager fosters a respectful, inclusive workplace and collaborates with EHS to reduce risk while aligning HR strategy with operational priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in union environment preferred
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Ability to coach leaders and drive workforce strategies
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead labor and employee relations and serve as primary advisor on complex matters
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; oversee investigations and documentation
• Partner with EHS to reinforce safety culture and risk reduction
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, and onboarding
• Coach and develop supervisory leadership and drive TEC values in daily work
