Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant labor relations and collective bargaining experience (manufacturing/unionized preferred).
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Experience administering benefits and ERISA-related responsibilities.
• Manufacturing environment experience and/or safety and security familiarity preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and labor matters.
• Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the HR, Safety, and Security functions, including goals, plans, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Be a member of the leadership team, guiding organizational matters and promoting a positive, respectful environment.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and oversee grievance processes.
• Develop and ensure consistent administration of policies and guidelines; guide leaders on employee relations and workplace issues.
• Oversee benefits programs, retirement plans, ERISA administration, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain HR, safety, and security records.
• Support safety programs and initiatives to promote a safe work environment.
• Drive process improvement and organizational effectiveness across HR, Safety, Security, and related areas.
• Ensure ISO/Quality Management System compliance and timely reporting and forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
