PMX is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and direction for the Human Resources, Safety, and Security functions. This position serves as a key member of the Company’s leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing programs, policies, and initiatives that support the Company’s overall business objectives.
The Senior Director will provide both strategic and hands‑on leadership across employee relations, labor relations, benefits, compliance, safety, security, organizational development, and departmental operations. This position will work closely with leaders throughout the organization to promote a positive work environment, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Company’s workforce and business goals.
This position primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in production facilities. The employee is expected to follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures and work in a manner that protects themselves, coworkers, and other stakeholders from hazards and injuries.
The Senior Director of Human Resources provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Human Resources, Safety, and Security functions. The HR Manager and the Director of Safety and Security report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources and are responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of their respective departments and teams.
This position provides leadership, guidance, accountability, and support to these department leaders while establishing and maintaining consistent policies, procedures, goals, and organizational priorities across the functions. The Senior Director is not intended to directly supervise all employees within the Human Resources, Safety, and Security departments, but rather leads through the respective department managers and supervisors.
