Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting an energetic HR Business Manager to lead HR operations across multiple divisions. You’ll be the primary HR contact, partnering with leadership to shape workforce strategies and enhance employee engagement.

With 5+ years of HR experience, you’ll oversee employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and compliance while ensuring confidentiality and strong judgment in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience covering employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or locations
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking systems, and learning management tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality and sound judgment
