Job summary

South Jersey Industries (SJI) is seeking a Manager, HR Service Delivery to lead a scalable, employee-centered HR service delivery function. You will drive centralized support, case management, and process excellence across HR partners and centers of excellence.

You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, and business leaders to optimize workflows and deliver an outstanding employee experience while enabling HR Business Partners to focus on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and standardizing processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the HR Service Delivery function.
• Develop and mentor a team of HR professionals.
• Establish service standards, metrics, escalation processes, and governance.
• Build a scalable service delivery model that supports growth.
• Oversee intake, triage, resolution, and escalation of HR inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate HR processes.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Foster partnerships with business leaders to enable adoption of new models.
