Responsibilities

• Broker tradeoffs when sales, product, and finance want different outcomes for Fargo.
• Apply Employee Engagement expertise to model scenarios and inform key decisions.
• Knit together the Fargo, ND P&L from pieces owned by three teams.
• Stitch together Relationship Building and Job Evaluation workflows previously run on email.
• Read a Total Rewards dashboard and identify which line is misleading.
• Run discovery with ND operators to uncover missing data insights.
