Perrigo is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader for a on-site role at a unionized manufacturing facility. The Sr.

HR Generalist partners with site leadership to foster a compliant, productive work environment and supports labor relations, investigations, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong labor relations experience, proficient in handling grievances, and capable of advising leaders on policy and regulatory matters in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting a unionized manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations issues.
• Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, grievance processes, and employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR contact for union-related matters at the facility.
• Interpret and administer CBAs and ensure consistent contract compliance.
• Partner with operations leaders to address employee concerns and workplace disputes.
• Investigate, document, and respond to grievances per the CBA.
• Support labor-management meetings and prepare for negotiations and arbitrations.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, contract interpretation, and employee relations matters.
• Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, promotions, and separations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; support payroll and benefits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations.
