Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting a unionized manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling complex employee-relations issues.
• Knowledge of labor laws, CBAs, grievances, and employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site HR partner for unionized facility.
• Administer day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, investigations.
• Support workforce planning, policy administration, and compliance.
• Partner with site leadership and union reps to foster positive work environment.
• Lead labor relations activities, contract interpretation, and CBAs.
