Job summary

KI, a leading furniture solutions company, seeks a Human Resources Manager for our Green Bay manufacturing facility. You will drive HR strategy, recruitment, policy development, and day-to-day HR operations to support a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities include policy execution, performance management, employee programs, investigations, safety, and compliance with OSHA and EEO laws. Join a team focused on providing smart solutions and an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Two years+ HR and/or leadership experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support HR policies and procedures including handbook reviews and revisions.
• Assist managers with performance management, discipline and team-building opportunities.
• Develop and oversee strategic employee programs and safety initiatives.
• Lead investigations for harassment, discrimination and other claims.
• Coordinate recruitment of office and plant staff; advertising, job fairs and education relations.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions reflecting essential functions, knowledge and strategy.
• Provide case management for workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
