The Human Resources Manager at HUI Manufacturing will lead the HR department, directing benefits strategy, talent acquisition, leave, pay, development and policy enforcement.

You will oversee HRIS management, analytics, and compliance, partner with leadership to align HR with business goals, and drive engagement and retention in Kiel, WI. A 4-year degree and 5–10 years HR leadership experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years HR experience; leadership roles require 5+ years.
• 3-5 years benefits administration experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct routine HR department functions including benefits strategy and administration.
• Develop and report on HR metrics and strategy.
• Collaborate with HR Generalist and Marketing on recruitment branding and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Oversee HRIS management and development, including system optimization.
• Identify process improvements and manage department budget.
