Confidential – Residential Homebuilder in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle and support day-to-day corporate office management. You will partner with leadership on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, performance management, and policy development.

You will work across construction, sales, operations and finance to ensure an organized, professional, efficient HR function and office operations

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist experience with the ability to independently manage a broad HR function.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations and employment-law compliance.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and manage onboarding, benefits and performance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR questions and workplace matters.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters and people decisions.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding processes.
• Manage benefits administration, compensation changes and HR data accuracy.
• Develop and implement HR policies, training, performance management and employee development.
• Oversee office operations to maintain an organized, professional corporate environment.
