You’ll implement retention strategies, analyze HR trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to improve relations and performance across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Willing to travel up to 50% due to acquisition integration.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational design, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM-CP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Design and implement retention strategies.
• Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives.
