Y.E.S. House is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within the Agency. The role includes developing a full-cycle hiring program, implementing policies, administering benefits, and guiding performance reviews.

Responsibilities also include coordinating workplace investigations, ensuring federal/state compliance, salary benchmarking, and maintaining accurate HR records. Strong communication, judgment, and initiative are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Previous HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and administer full cycle hiring program for the Agency.
• Ensure implementation of policies and procedures and submit long-term plans.
• Provide quality benefits package and manage open enrollment.
• Oversee annual performance reviews for staff.
• Conduct workplace investigations with corrective action recommendations.
• Ensure federal and state HR compliance.
• Monitor employee job satisfaction through surveys.
• Conduct wage/salary surveys and update salary structures.
• Manage workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
• Develop and update job descriptions; assist with issue resolution.
• Ensure consistency with policies and disciplinary procedures; maintain records.
