Job summary

Annandale Village in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support employees and leaders through day-to-day HR services. You will handle employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HR systems, and compliance, partnering with the CHRO on complex issues.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR experience, with strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a nonprofit healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law, HR practices, benefits administration, leave administration, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and HR documentation.
• Experience administering employee benefits and FMLA/leave processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee records.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers across Annandale.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, performance issues, documentation, and corrective action.
• Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations, ensuring appropriate and timely documentation.
• Help ensure policies and HR practices are applied fairly and consistently.
• Recognize matters that require additional review and escalate to the CHRO as appropriate.
• Administer Benefits & Employee Leave, including open enrollment and eligibility questions.
• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation claims from initial reporting through return to work.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on open claims.
• Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle processes and HR records with Payroll coordination.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and regulatory employment requirements.
• Assist with HR-related audits, surveys, and requests for documentation.
