Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to develop, coordinate, and administer HR processes in support of business objectives. You will manage recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The role requires strong leadership, confidential handling of information, and collaboration across sites; travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; experience acceptable in lieu.
• PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.
• 7+ years leadership in HR, preferably manufacturing.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, and new hire orientation for all associates.
• Respond to inquiries and advise management on HR issues.
• Counsel associates on policies, procedures and discipline including terminations.
• Approve bi-weekly payroll using HRIS and timekeeping systems.
• Administer benefits and conduct Open Enrollment meetings.
• Coordinate associate relations events to boost morale and teamwork.
• Coordinate safety needs with EH&S manager and OSHA requirements.
• Prepare internal/external reports for management and ISO audits.
• Prepare communications to inform associates of relevant information.
• Participate in training to stay current with employment legislation.
• Supervise HR department staff if applicable.
• Travel to other HEXPOL locations may be required.
• Perform other projects as assigned by management.
