Job summary

Elevate Textiles, a leading global fabric and thread manufacturer, is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Burlington manufacturing operation in Raeford, NC. You will lead HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, recruiting, training, benefits, and safety programs to support a large workforce.

You will coach management, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster positive employee relations to advance business goals and site performance in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as HR generalist with management responsibility.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and fostering positive employee relationships.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Prior experience managing training and safety programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives including employee engagement and retention, recruiting, training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation administration, safety and other areas as relates to employees.
• Develop positive employee relations and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Coach and mentor management and all employees to drive success and performance in line with business goals.
• Support facilities performance against goals through effective HR leadership.
