Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to US offices, partnering with Office Administrators.
• Manage onboarding, I-9 verification, and visa tracking with immigration counsel.
• Oversee performance management and employee relations matters.
• Administer HR policies and track timecards for staff such as legal secretaries and paralegals.
• Supervise HR team and coordinate with Payroll on final pay.
