Attollo, LLC in New Bern, NC seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead people operations, partner with leadership, and oversee HR functions from recruitment to payroll and benefits.

You will drive talent acquisition for defense projects, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws, DoD contracting requirements, OFCCP, and security clearances. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the New Bern office.

Competenze

• 4+ years of progressive experience in human resources management.
• Experience with DoD contractor industry and security clearances.
• Familiarity with OFCCP, DCAA, and government contracting guidelines.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, timesheets, payroll, benefits, reviews and escalations.
• Oversee employee relations, culture, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and DoD contracting requirements.
• Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and benefits design.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or PHR or SPHR preferred
