The role focuses on shaping employee experience, engagement, and workforce strategy while expanding HR capabilities at the Duluth facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to attract, onboard, and develop talent.
• Strong strategic partner who can shape culture and workforce strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR programs that scale with growth.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, and coaching initiatives.
