Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 1 to 3 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day Human Resources support for assigned corporate functions, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of HR programs and services.
• Provides guidance to leaders and employees regarding company policies, employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and other HR matters.
• Manages employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, performance issues, investigations, corrective actions, and other employee situations.
• Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand workforce needs and support execution of HR priorities.
• Supports organizational changes, restructurings, promotions, transfers, and other workforce actions by coordinating activities across HR functions.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting activities, hiring decisions, offers, and onboarding for assigned client groups.
