Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
• 6+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience leading employee relations and compliance initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads employee relations strategy and execution while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Partners with HR team members to drive consistent execution of HR processes and initiatives.
• Coaches managers on decision-making, accountability, and conflict resolution.
• Oversees and facilitates compliance training efforts (e.g., harassment prevention).
• Drives a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Represents HR in leadership meetings and provides workforce insights.
