Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR support for assigned corporate functions and guide leaders and employees on HR policies and processes. This role supervises a team delivering consistent HR services and partners with other HR functions to execute programs and priorities.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, 1–3 years of people leadership, and a relevant degree. Certification like PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 1 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience supporting corporate or professional employee populations preferred.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce actions preferred.
• Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day Human Resources support for assigned corporate functions.
• Provides guidance to leaders and employees regarding policies, employee relations, performance management, and other HR matters.
• Manages employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to understand workforce needs and support HR priorities.
• Supports organizational changes including restructurings, promotions, transfers, and other workforce actions.
