Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Manager to support our Corporate Finance organization, while serving as an on-the-ground HR resource for other Corporate Functions in the Philadelphia office. You’ll partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, development, compensation, and recruitment to address everyday and more complex people challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 5 years of progressive professional HR experience
• Experience supporting leaders and employees across a range of HR matters
• Employee relations experience, including handling sensitive issues and workplace investigations
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to Corporate Finance leaders and employees.
• Support recruitment and hiring needs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, development.
• Lead employee relations issues and workplace investigations, partnering with Employment Law when needed.
• Contribute to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Help leaders plan for organizational needs, team structure, and workforce planning.
• Work with HR partners across Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations and Employment Law.
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to spot trends and inform decisions.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve how we support, develop, and engage employees.
