• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performs human resources management, personnel, or payroll administration activities involving rules, laws and policies.
• Completes classification studies and develops job descriptions, specifications and charts.
• Conducts wage/salary surveys and recommends salary changes for actions such as promotions and transfers.
• Administers payrolls and employee benefits programs, plus leave, workers' comp and retirement.
• Interviews applicants, counsels on hiring, and administers recruitment and outreach programs.
