Reliance Medical Transport is seeking an Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, including staffing, payroll, benefits, and policy implementation. The role reports to the Director of Administration and manages the HR team and coordinators.

Office hours are in person, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 4+ years of HR management experience, and strong knowledge of employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least four years of proven HR Manager experience.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in HR management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with employment law.
• Oversee external and internal HR audits and regulatory compliance.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns and issues.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
