Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic consulting on people and organization development aligned with business objectives.

The role covers employment relations, policy interpretation, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, and development across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years of progressive HR management experience, with a strong emphasis on building leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5 years progressive HR management experience.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a trusted advisor with internal stakeholders.
• Enhances the organization’s HR team by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices.
• Partners with leadership to grow diverse leadership, talent and technical capability in the business.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to drive employment-branding initiatives to establish Generac as a leader and advocate for the industry.
• Expands talent acquisition and talent management efforts across Generac and manages workforce headcount for productivity and efficiency.
• Ensures legal compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations; leads cross-functional projects.
• Develops and leads risk and mitigation plans for projects and executes contingency options.
• Identifies, documents lessons-learned and communicates best practices to project teams.
• Designs and directs the work of the team; coaches and develops staff.
• Manages performance with feedback and progressive discipline.
