Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience in generalist/HRBP capacity.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and collaboration with HR COEs.
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations and compensation.
• Ability to lead HR projects from planning through execution.
• Experience with workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to implement and localize HR programs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards).
• Provide expert HR consulting on employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Partner with Finance to align hiring strategies with headcount and business plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment initiatives and employment branding.
• Promote employee engagement and culture-building to foster high performance.
