• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s or SHRM certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Oversee HR Operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management.
• Manage compensation programs and benefits; ensure compliance and audits.
• Oversee payroll processes and internal controls.
• Provide advisory support to managers and employees.
• Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead and develop HR team; manage vendor relationships and risk.
