Job summary

Stellar in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated units. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.

You will assess HR needs, communicate with HR and business leaders to develop integrated solutions, and lead initiatives in talent management, performance, engagement, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software and systems.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to deliver talent management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop programs and policies.
• Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues in collaboration with HR and legal.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention with management and staff.
• Ensure HR policy guidance complies with local, state, and federal laws.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR to design solutions.
• Monitor effectiveness of HR programs and provide feedback.
