Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine (KPSOM) is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, contracting, distribution, inventory, and vendor management.

This role ensures compliant, efficient operations that support the school’s academic, research, and administrative priorities in alignment with KPSOM policies and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in purchasing, contracting, negotiations, material management, logistics, finance, or related field.
• Minimum four years managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum four years working with databases and spreadsheets.
• Minimum three years in a leadership role with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads supply chain strategies aligned with Kaiser Permanente goals and standards.
• Ensures high-quality customer service and escalation handling.
• Oversees daily supply chain operations across procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and service delivery.
• Leads end-to-end contracting including scope, approvals, and renewals.
• Manages supplier and contract performance and compliance with policies.
