McDonald Plastic Molding, Inc is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all people functions, develop and implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and align HR activities with the company’s goals and values.

The role partners with plant leadership to resolve employee issues, drive safety documentation, and lead talent development and succession planning for a manufacturing environment. A multi‑functional, collaborative culture supports growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a highly complex and flexible work environment is a must.
• Experience in HR and safety is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a broad team across functions and levels.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Pre-employment background check and 6-panel drug screen required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all HR functions including planning, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with plant manager(s) and senior leadership to address employee issues.
• Assist in safety activities and maintain safety-related documentation.
• Manage HR operations and lead a small HR team with direct report(s).
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development for leadership levels.
• Provide HR guidance to management and help optimize organizational structure and staffing levels.
• Develop and manage HR budget and financial measures.
• Support HR initiatives across A.Y. McDonald Industries.
