Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Raymore, Missouri, is seeking an HR Manager for the Fulfillment/Distribution Centers to oversee day-to-day HR operations and define URBN’s core people strategies.

As part of the leadership team, you will guide onboarding, training, and development; partner with site leaders to strengthen engagement, culture, and long-term performance while ensuring payroll compliance and effective recruiting. This role reports to the Sr. Human Resources Manager Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years leading and managing HR team.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR team, guiding them through onboarding and coaching.
• Collaborate with Site Director to drive training and development initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and nurture company culture with site leadership.
• Define and implement initiatives aligned with business objectives to enhance long-term performance.
• Lead talent management including onboarding, training & development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to orchestrate recruiting and onboarding procedures.
