Job summary

Novolex in Florida is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function, align people initiatives with business goals, and partner with senior leaders to address organizational challenges.

You will oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR analytics, driving a proactive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department, supervising staff and providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance management processes, including evaluations and coaching.
• Provide counsel to senior leadership on HR issues and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct employee relations activities and resolve complex disputes.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
• Oversee HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
