Job summary

Novolex, a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging, is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing facility with 175 employees. You will partner with site leadership to execute HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, and drive workforce development to support business objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will collaborate with talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee experience teams while ensuring compliance with laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years HRBP experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
• Experience with talent management, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to travel up to 5% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition for salaried and hourly roles.
• Drive talent management, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Advise leadership on culture, change, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and analytics on People metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence (TA, compensation, benefits, and employee experience).
• Lead or coach HR staff and administrative resources.
