Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department, including supervising HR staff and providing ongoing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement strategies to align talent with needs.
• Manage performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and feedback.
• Provide counsel to senior leadership on HR-related issues, including organizational development and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay updated on changes.
