You will oversee hourly and salaried staff, manage talent development, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with applicable laws. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and a champion of engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in management, preferably in manufacturing.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across federal, state, and local levels.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team to improve engagement and performance.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to implement HR strategies that support growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Utilize HR metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change and culture transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
