Tandem Foods' Pittsburgh Campus seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR program across our multi-site manufacturing operation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in manufacturing.
• SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant HR team and foster an engaging culture across sites.
• Provide strategic HR leadership to align people initiatives with business goals.
• Partner with Plant Director to act as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and practices.
